1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,604,550 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 25, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From January 1, 1998 to June 10, 2016, the Plaintiff provided labor, including landscaping management, under employment by the Defendant.

B. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant did not pay retirement allowances of KRW 54,604,550 even after the Plaintiff retired.

According to the determination and conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the aforementioned retirement allowance of KRW 54,604,550 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from June 25, 2016 to the date of full payment, 14 days after the Plaintiff’s retirement.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
