1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,285,429 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 29, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff provided labor under employment by the Defendant on May 1, 2010, and retired on October 14, 2016, and the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff wages of KRW 31,285,429 to the Plaintiff, as there is no dispute between the parties. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from October 29, 2016 (the day following the 14th day after the date of the final provision of labor) to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
