A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 00:53 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 410,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number C) in the name of the Defendant, and then sold a penphone by means of hiding approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs in the mail of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D building, and selling a penphone to B by means of having B search for the said penphone.

2. On June 30, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 700,00 from B to the said Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant, and sold phiphones by means of hiding approximately 1g of phiphones in the mail of the said D building E, and allowing B to search for the said phiphones.

3. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 260,00 from B to the said Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant, and sold phiphonephones by means of hiding approximately 0.25 g of philopon in the mail of the said D building E, and allowing B to find the said philopon.

4. On October 9, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 750,000 from B to the said Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant, and sold phiphones by means of hiding approximately 1g of phiphones in the mail of the said D building E, and allowing B to search for the said phiphones.

5. On October 26, 2019 through October 27, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones from persons without a name (hereinafter “F”), who came to know through Internet search, from around 23:00 to around 24:00, and brought about KRW 400,000 in cash at a place in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The Defendant purchased phiphones by means of finding approximately 0.5g of phiphones at a place in which the said person without a name was notified.

6. The Defendant: (a) from October 26, 2019 to October 27, 2019, to October 03:00 to October 04:0, the Defendant purchased the D Building E at the residence of the Defendant as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) as described in the foregoing paragraph (5).
