A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from all the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopon (one - one - one - another - one - another - one - another - one - one - one - one

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On April 7, 2018, at around 01:16, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 3.50,000 from D in the Defendant’s vehicle parked near C’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) purchased and sold 0.6g philophones.

B. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 400,00 from D in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from Geumcheon-gu, and traded 0.6g philophones by drying approximately KRW 0.6g.

C. Around April 11, 2018, the Defendant received 400,000 won from F through D to G account (number: H) in the name of the Defendant, and then traded 0.7g of phiphonephones to F via D at the I hotel in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around the new wall following the new wall.

On April 14, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.6g philopon from D in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the vicinity of C’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased and sold 0.6g philopon.

E. On April 17, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:28, transferred KRW 400,000 from D to the above G account used by the Defendant, and traded phiphonephones in a way that finds approximately 0.7g of the philopon concealed in the instant Blopon’s mail located adjacent to Sinopa-si, Sinsi-si on the same day.

F. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:04, transferred the price of KRW 400,000 from D to the above G account used by the Defendant, and traded philophones by means of having the Defendant look at approximately 0.7g of philophones concealed in the mail in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul.

G. On April 22, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant promised to receive KRW 200,000 from D in the Defendant’s vehicle parked near the Geumcheon-gu Seoul International Hotel, and purchased and sold 0.3g of philophones.
