A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and thus is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, but is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and the Defendant is prohibited from selling or possessing a clopon (one copon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant: (a) Handphones are kept in custody from B residing in Vietnam with the other party to the transaction that B wants to purchase Handphones; (b) Handphones are transferred to a bank and a DNA bank account under the Defendant’s name; (c) concealed the Handphones in a mail box, etc.; (d) informed B of the location of the Handphones; and (e) conspired B with B by having the other party to the transaction who confirmed the location thereof find the Handphones.

B decided on June 7, 2020 to 22:59, to trade 110 g of opphones with E and F who wish to purchase opphones, and received KRW 26,500,000 as the price for trading opphones through the Defendant’s name Cbank account (G) and D Bank account (H) account over 22 occasions.

In addition, at around 02:0 on June 7, 2020, the Defendant concealed approximately 100 ghopphones in the mail of the building located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu, by means of B, sent its location pictures to F and E through B, and let F find the said hopphones between 03:15 and 04:15 on the same day. On June 8, 2020, the Defendant continued to conceal approximately 10 gopphones in the mail of the building located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J on June 8, 2020, and had E find the said hopphones around 00:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.

B. At around 16:50 on July 25, 2020, the Defendant possession of phiphones by inserting approximately 2.32 g of phiphones in plastic bags in the Defendant’s dwelling located in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Building K.
