A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

4,646,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant treated psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, as follows, as Chinese nationality foreigners, even though they are not authorized to handle them:

On May 2018, the Defendant, at the husband B in China, took the body card of a bank account (E) in the name of C in the name of her husband B, received from the above B through the cellphone "F", and then collected the place and location of the penphone, and then subdivided the above partphone into a specific place and concealed it, and notify the above B of the place through the "F", and directly withdrawn the sale price of the partphone which was deposited into the above Do bank account, and remitted it to the Chinese bank account designated by the above B. Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above B and the name in order to sell approximately 0.8g of philophones.

In addition, the Defendant conspireds with the above B and the person in unsound name, and attached Form 5 from that time to January 5, 2019.
