A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On December 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1,500,00 of the purchase price of a philopon to a SNS account, which was known to the SNS telegraphing; and (b) purchased the philopon by means of searching for two glopon, which was concealed in the mail of a house located in B or below the Malcheon-si, Gyeonggi-si; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant purchased the philop by means of searching for two glopon, which was concealed in the mail of a house located in the B or below the Mancheon-si.

B. On February 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 3,00,000,000, total sum of KRW 1,000,000,000, around 18:20,000, around 18:20,000 to the H account in the name of SNS (I) that was known that the sales books of phiphonephones as described in the preceding paragraph were SNS telephonesing; (b) around February 29, 2020, the Defendant purchased the phiphones by means of five mephones, which was hidden in the name of SNS mobilephones (I); and (c) around 18:23,00,000, around 18:23; and (d) around February 29, 2020, the Defendant purchased the phiphones by means of hidinging the mails in the name of a child care center located in the Gyeonggi-si medium-si.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 2, 2019, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way that 0.05g of philophones purchased, as described in paragraph (1) in the Defendant’s residence located in JJ building K, 2019, were put into a single-use divers, dilution into a single-use divers, and dilution into a left part of blophones.

B. On January 1, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.05 g of philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (a) into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with raw water, and administering philophones in a way that can be sculped to the left part of trophophones.

C. On May 1, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.05 g of philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with raw water, at the same place as a policeman at the beginning of May 2020.

3. The Defendant possessing philopon is the Defendant.
