A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years by the Suwon District Court for the charge of forging official documents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 11, 2014.

In around 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed a solicitation advertisement on the Internet to the effect that “When sending a photograph of identification, the Defendant would use it, and make it possible to use it, and then make arbrates.” (b) citing a forged identification card and another person’s mobile phone opening in the name of another person; (c) accepted such proposal; and (d) conspired to have a number of mobile phones purchased and dispose of it immediately after the Defendant purchased and sold the same by using a forged identification card with a photograph of the above person’s name in the name of another person when the Defendant forged his/her resident registration certificate, etc. with a false personal identification card.

On August 25, 2013, the Defendant received a photograph from a person who was found to have reported the above Internet job offer advertisements in the Dong Government-si Office 206, and forged one copy of the resident registration certificate for D in the name of the head of Gangseo-gu, which is an official document, with a photograph of the “D” purchased on the Internet and stolen the personal information of the “D”.

On August 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with the false name beneficiary; (b) in a mobile phone agency located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant opened one mobile phone agency located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul; (c) in the name beneficiary with the Defendant’s instructions, the Defendant opened one mobilephone 5 with approximately 814,00 won at the market price of the D name; (d) as above, the Defendant presented that the resident registration certificate in the forged name was issued to F was genuinely, and around August 25, 2013, at the mobile phone agency located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (e) around 990,000 won at the market price of D’s name, the false name beneficiary with the Defendant’s instructions opened one of the mobile phone agencies located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; and (e) said, (e) was correct for H to know of the forged name of D.
