A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for fraud in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 5, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 13, 2015.

In collusion with the Defendant, the Defendant, who became aware of the same line, B and C through the Internet, had forged the resident registration certificate under the name of another person and opened the cell phone using the resident registration certificate, and had the intention to sell the cell phone.

Therefore, after purchasing another person's personal information through the Internet, C sent the personal information and the identification photograph file of the defendant to the business operator without his/her name, and C forged the resident registration certificate under the name of another person. The defendant, B, who purchased the above forged resident registration certificate, tried to open the cell phone in the name of another person in the mobile phone agency and share the role of collecting the cell phone device by using the resident registration certificate.

1. The Defendant Forgery an official document jointly with B and C:

A. A. Around November 2014, in order to open a mobile phone in the name of the former So-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D” 503, and to open a mobile phone in the name of F, the Defendant’s personal information, such as the name and resident registration number purchased on the Internet, and the Defendant’s evidentiary photographic file, which is a business of forging the identification card through the Internet e-mail, sent to the person under whose name the business is to forge the identification card. B. From November 201 to December 2014, in order to open a mobile phone in the place described in the foregoing paragraph 1-A, and to open a mobile phone in the name of I, personal information, such as the name and resident registration number of I purchased on the Internet, and a photographic file of the Defendant’s identification card through Internet e-mail.
