A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 31, 201, the Defendant, from around 20:00 to around 21:10 on May 31, 201, participated in the Seoul Jongno-gu C organization (hereinafter “C organization”)’s holding and proceeding before the Seoul Jongno-gu branch office in the Seoul Jongno-gu’s Sejong Madlelight Dlelight Assembly.

After the candlelight assembly was completed, the Defendant moved about 150 participants in other assemblies to the end of 3 lanes on the same day at around 21:33 on the same day, and occupied 8 lanes on the road at least 21:45, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles by driving up to 3rd exit in the light language station.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On June 1, 2011, the Defendant participated in the C organization’s meeting of the performance of registration deposit and the canlelightlight assembly for university students from June 1, 201 to June 22:25, 201.

After the candlelight assembly was completed, the Defendant moved about 330 participants in other assemblies at around 22:40 on the same day, and moved along with about 330 other participants in other assemblies in Seoul Jung-gu, Chungcheongnam-ro 1, and moved along with 8 lanes on the road. From around 23:47 on the same day, the Defendant continued to move along with other participants in other assemblies to create a relief, such as “the realization of the anti-lele value registration fee without any conditions,” and continued to move along with the former vehicle, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by driving along the vehicle to the front Quak Quak Qua.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On June 4, 2011, the Defendant participated in the C organization’s meeting of the performance of registration deposit and the canlelightlight assembly for university students from around 19:05 to 21:25, on June 4, 2011.

After the candlelight assembly is completed, the Defendant at around 21:28 on the same day.
