"2014 Highest 6950"
1. The Defendant, as a social work personnel who serve as disaster and safety management support personnel in the Busan Traffic Corporation C Station, did not attend the C Station at the work site from June 17, 2013 to November 19 of the same month, from November 28, 2013 to November 29 of the same month, from December 2, 2013 to December 3 of the same month, and from July 8, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant has deserted his service for not less than 8 days in total without justifiable grounds.

2. 피고인은 2013. 11. 10.경 부산 연제구 D에 있는 ‘E PC방’에서, 사실은 빕스 모바일 상품권을 판매할 의사 또는 능력이 없으면서, 인터넷 네이버 중고나라 사이트에 ‘빕스 모바일 상품권을 판매한다’는 글을 올렸고, 이 글을 보고 연락한 피해자 F에게 “6만원을 송금해주면 상품권을 보내주겠다”라고 거짓말하였다.
The Defendant received total of KRW 8,367,000 from the victim’s agricultural account (Account Number G) in the name of the Defendant and received total of KRW 8,367,00 over 84 times as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crime List.
Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

3. 피고인은 2013. 11. 5.경 부산 이하 주소를 알 수 없는 곳에서, 사실은 빕스 모바일 상품권이나 백화점 상품권을 판매할 의사나 능력이 없음에도, 컴퓨터를 사용하여 인터넷 네이버 중고나라 사이트에 ‘빕스 모바일 상품권, 백화점 상품권을 판매한다’는 취지의 글을 올린 다음 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 H에게 “금 70,000원을 송금해 주면 상품권을 보내주겠다“라고 거짓말을 하였다.
The defendant received 70,000 won from the victim to the agricultural bank account in the name of the defendant without delay, and acquired 70,000 won as the purchase price of merchandise coupons, and acquired 615,00 won in total on six occasions as shown in the attached crime list 2.
