Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 16, 2015, the Defendant appealed from the Incheon District Court for six months of imprisonment for fraud, and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On February 3, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that, around February 3, 2015, the Defendant committed fraud, “as a result of the sale of a mobile merchandise amounting to KRW 75,000 in KRW 75,00,00,000, a website of the Internet site at the middle PC located near the Hong-gu Hong University.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above merchandise coupon and was planned to use it as a cost of living even if he was paid the price, so there was no intention or ability to send the merchandise coupon to the buyer.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement that he/she would inform the victim BU of his/her account number and send merchandise coupons to the victim BU who reported and contacted the above notice, and received KRW 75,000 from the victim as the price for the same merchandise coupon on the same day.

2. On or around April 15, 2015, the Defendant, around April 15, 2015, sold the “Ag-out mobile merchandise coupon” at the PC located in the vicinity of the Mapo-gu Seoul Hong University to the middle and high-tech, an Internet site at the Internet site.
