Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A] On November 26, 2014, the District Court sentenced 10 months to imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of official documents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 4, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendants, along with D, E, and one-person F, conspired to make profits by opening another’s mobile phone through document forgery and disposing of it, and D decided to play the role of planning and ordering a criminal act as the total liability for the crime, F is to forge resident registration certificates, and E, Defendant A, and Defendant B is to play the role of opening a mobile phone using forged resident registration certificates.

On August 19, 2013, the Defendants and E found the “I” mobile phone sales store of H in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and filed an application for two mobile phone entrance registration with the name column of the subscriber in the site for two mobile phone entrance registration in the column of “J”, “K” and the address column in the column of resident registration number, and “M” with the applicant column, respectively, and issued the applicant column with the signature of J and the resident registration number of J and M, which may be forged.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the two copies of the mobile phone application form in the name of J, and deliver it to H as if the document was duly formed along with the N and M’s resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document, to H. The Defendants acquired two copies of the cell phone entrance application form in the aggregate amount of KRW 1,909,600 from the victim H, and acquired it by deception.
