Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and B resolved that “2014 Go-Ma1956”, along with one person C, would make profits by opening and disposing of another person’s mobile phone through forgery of documents, and that one person C would play a role of forging a resident registration certificate, and the Defendants will play a role of opening a mobile phone using a forged resident registration certificate.
1. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified private documents, or uttering of forged public documents;
A. Accordingly, the Defendant and B forged an application for joining a mobile phone in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, in collusion with one person C and forged an application for joining a mobile phone in the name of another 16 times in total from that time to August 27, 2013 by the same method as shown in the attached list 1.
B. The Defendant and B, in collusion with one person, were forged over 16 times in total in the same manner as indicated in attached Table 1, in collusion with one another, in order to deliver and use the forged application form for mobile phone opening to E, the operator of the above mobile phone store, as well as to deliver and use the forged application form for mobile phone opening, as if it were the document duly formed, G, and K’s resident registration certificate, and from that time to August 27, 2013.
