1. On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) caused a traffic accident on the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul road; (b) on March 19, 2018; (c) presented the E’s first driver’s license to the person who was demanded to present the driver’s license on the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul road; and (d) presented it as if the Defendant was a driver’s license for the Defendant himself.
2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, presented a police officer’s driver’s license under the name of E to the police officer D, and was arrested by the police officer, who was aware of the Defendant to E. On March 19, 2018.
