Basic Facts

(1) On August 4, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a life insurance contract with the Defendant, setting the insurance period as 28 years, with C(D) and beneficiaries, who are its children, the Plaintiff and the due date, August 4, 2017.

(2) The contents of the instant terms and conditions of the life insurance contract of this case are as follows.

(A) Article 29 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1 “the Standard Table for Payment of Insurance Money”) to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the beneficiary after the date of commencement of liability set forth in Article 10 (First Insurance Premium and the Initial Commencement Date of Liability of the Company) during the insurance period:

Where a member's child dies during the insurance period: The accident referred to in the following classification is an accident that occurs as a result of an accident other than accident after 15 years of age during the insurance period when the member's child who subscribed to the death insurance benefit (attached Table 1) subject to the separate payment of the insurance benefit payable before the age of 15 during the insurance period dies due to a disaster other than accident after the age of 15 during the insurance period: Provided, That if the member's child who subscribed to the 15 years of age or after the age of 15 during the insurance period dies due to an accident after the age of 15 during the insurance period, the accident is classified as follows (attached Table 2).
