1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 8, 2002, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a non-distribution new insurance contract with the content of “the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”) and the beneficiary as the Plaintiff, which read “the amount of KRW 56,500,000,000, etc. under a special agreement for death in a disaster.”

The main contents of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

Article 17 of the Terms and Conditions of the State Contracts (Evidence 3, B) / The Company shall pay the death insurance money (the "Insurance Money Standard Table" in attached Table 1) agreed to the beneficiary when the insured dies during the insurance period (life) or becomes disabled in Grade I in the disability classification table.

Article 19 (Insurance Accidents for which the Payment of Insurance Money is not made) ① The Company may terminate this contract simultaneously with the failure to pay insurance money or to exempt the payment of insurance money when any of the following events occurs:

Where the insured has intentionally impaired himself/herself, but this shall not apply where the insured has impaired himself/herself in a state of mental illness, and where he/she commits suicide after two years from the date of commencement of liability (in cases of an inevitable contract, the date of reinstatement) of the contract, or has become a state of disability of Grade I in the disability classification table;
