1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff entered into each of the instant insurance contracts with the Defendant as follows.

Where the insured is a male (M): A special agreement for disease treatment under Article 2(2) of the Insurance Contract when the diagnosis is finalized for the first time after the date of commencement of the responsibility for the insurance period, and the insured under Article 16(1)3 of the Terms and Conditions (Article 16(1) of the Terms and Conditions) was performed for a direct purpose after the date of commencement of the responsibility.
