1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 5,65,11, respectively, and each of the above amounts, respectively, to Plaintiff B, C, and D.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs are the wife and children of the deceased E (FF, hereinafter “the deceased”), and the legal portion of the plaintiff A’s inheritance is 3/9, and the legal portion of the plaintiff’s inheritance is 2/9, respectively.
B. On October 19, 1998, the Deceased entered into an individual insurance contract (securities number G) with the Defendant for 15-year period from October 19, 1998 to October 19, 193, with the insured, the Deceased, the Deceased, the Deceased (the beneficiary’s statutory heir at the time of death), the principal contract for security matters (disaster death and disaster disability), the special contract for accident security (disaster disability), the insurance coverage amount to KRW 10 million, respectively. The main contents of the common contract and the common contract related to the instant case are as follows; in the case of a disaster, the same accident pension is provided for in the special contract for accident security.

【Standards for Payment of Insurance Money in Attached Table 1 (Standard: Insurance Amount 10 million won) shall be the insured who suffers from a traffic accident of the deceased who is liable for the payment of the name of payment.
