Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A, on October 29, 2015, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Fisheries Act at the Daegu District Court Branch Branch on April 29, 2015 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 24, 2016.
【Criminal Facts】
