A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture, gather or cultivate marine animals and plants by means of fisheries other than those under the Act on Fisheries or the Management of Fishery Resources.

The Defendant, who is the crew of the coastal self-net fishing vessel C, the shipper of the same paragraph, was willing to illegally capture minc in collusion with D’s lessee E, C’s captain F, C’s crew G, the captain of the foregoing D’s H, crew I, J, and K in sequence, in order to do so.

1. On March 27, 2016, the Defendant, along with the captain F and G, on board C with the captain F and crew. On March 27, 2016, the captain H, crew I and J on board D, departing from the port north of Mapopo-si on March 27, 2016, and discovered about about 13:00 on the same day, mincing a minc at 50-day, mincing a minc in the sea at around 50 miles of the above North Korean line, the captain F of C prevented mincing a mincing course by moving minc to a minc, and mincing the mincing line to a mincing line at the sea, and mincing the Defendant and the Defendant to a mincing line at the sea.
