A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the crew of C, who is the shipper at the port of the Dong-dong port in South and North Korea, decided to illegally capture minc string in collusion with C’s captain D and captain F, E’s crew G, H and I of E who is the shipper at the same port.

No one shall capture, gather or cultivate marine animals or plants in any way other than those of fisheries under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act.

1. On March 27, 2016, at around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant was on board C along with D, on board F, G, and H, and depart from the port north of Mapo-si on March 27, 2016, and at around 13:00 on the same day, at approximately 50 math day from the bank of the above North Korean port, and C discovered mincing 1ma at the sea of the above North Korean port and prevented mincing the course of the minckc from moving to the front line of the mincing C, and E mincing mincing G, tracking the minckcing line, putting the mincing line at the sea to the surface of the water, and H mincing the mincing line at the sea to prevent the deep flow of the mincing line.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with F, G, H, and D, captured mincing one set in a way other than permitted fisheries.

2. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant embarked with D along with D, on board F, G, and H, departing from the North Korea port at Jeonpo-si around the new wall on March 31, 2016, and discovered about about 13:00 on the same day, mincing about 50 miles and 1 miles at the coast of the above North Korea port from the mincing line to the front line of the mincing line; and C mincing mincing the minc line, the Defendant captured the minc line in order to prevent mincing and mincing the mincing line at the sea by mincing the mincing line to the front line of the mincing line.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with F, G, H, and D, captured mincing one set in a way other than permitted fisheries.
