Defendant
I is the actual owner of Kho Lake (9.16 tons, inn, inn) and Lho Lake (9.77 tons, inn and inn) who is a high-sea fishing vessel. Defendant M is the captain of K, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D, and Defendant H are the captain of H, Defendant F, Defendant F, Defendant N, Defendant G, and Defendant H are the seafarers of L.
Although no one is allowed to capture or gather marine animals and plants by any fishing method other than those under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act, the Defendants conspired to capture and sell marine animals and plants by using mincing and mincing the mincing in the west coast.
1. 2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct
A. At around 12:00 on March 19, 2014, the Defendants discovered about 12 miles, mincing 1 miles (7m in length), L (E, F, N, G, and H) prevents one way way to prevent escape from other locations, and the captain of Kho from escaping, as described in paragraph 1.
