A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (ameras and photographing);

A. 2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On June 4, 2019, at around 12:21, 2019, the Defendant taken the part of the victim’s bridge, where the victim suffered fata using the cell phone camera at an influent place in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, to a female victim.

B. On July 9, 2019, around 12:10 on July 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken the part of the victim’s bridge, where the victim suffered brine using the mobile phone camera at an influence place in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the influence female victim.

C. On July 18, 2019, at around 16:39, the Defendant taken the part of the victim’s bridge, where Daa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Baro was suffering from taba using the cell phone camera at an influoral location.

Accordingly, the defendant uses a mobile phone camera for three times to make sexual humiliations or humiliations.
