A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

On April 14, 2015, around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) viewed the appearance of a woman’s use as his/her cell phone camera to have his/her own cell phone camera, and (b) went back to the public toilet for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire by photographing the appearance of the said woman’s use into his/her cell phone camera; and (c) infringed on the public toilet.

B. On April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:10 on April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (b) viewed the appearance of the said woman’s use as his cell phone camera to have a toilet; and (c) infringed on the public toilets following the said toilet for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire by photographing the appearance of the said woman’s use with his cell phone camera.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On April 17, 2015, at around 00:12, the Defendant taken a photograph of a female victim (referring to a color slicker) with his cell phone camera from the toilet located in the front room, using his cell phone camera, in which the female victim (referring to the slicker slicker slicker slicker) in the name slicks
