A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to know with the victims through the “compacter”.

1. Around 01:00 on February 22, 2020, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s sexually influorious C, a female victim’s sexually influored C, and using a mobile phone camera, of the victim’s sexually influorial relationship with the Defendant, using the mobile phone camera.

2. At around 22:00 on February 22, 2020, the Defendant, using the “Ecom” No. 22, a mobile phone camera located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, taken the victim’s bridge image pictures using the victim’s cell phone camera to have sexual intercourses with the Defendant, and taken two times each of the victim’s booms and the victim’s booms while wearing only clothes.

3. Around 10:00 on February 27, 2020, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s her sexual intercourse with the Defendant, using a mobile phone camera, from the victim I (Gain, Gain, 25 years old) house located in H in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and using a mobile phone camera to the victim’s sexual intercourse with the Defendant.

4. At around 17:28 on April 3, 2020, the Defendant taken four-time photographs of the victim’s son (the victim’s name, leisure, and age 29) using a mobile phone camera in which the number of “Ecom” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D is unknown, using the mobile phone camera, using the victim’s mobile phone camera to take four-time photographs of the victim’s her body body, the victim taken one-time photo of the back her body her body her body her body her body she taken one-time photo of the victim’s back her body her body her body she taken twice the back her body her body her body her body she taken twice

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using a mobile phone camera against the victims' will.
