A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, who raises, sells, and lives at a original farm in which the trade name in Kim Jong-si is unknown, is the owner of the Cwing and the D Poter for the manufacture of automobiles and the D Poter for the manufacture of Hyundai Motor Vehicles Co., Ltd.

On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) had a lot of administrative fines; (b) had been frequently imposed on the Defendant’s cargo Ⅲ; (c) had been placed in custody; and (d) had difficulty in operating the said cargo due to frequent breakdown; and (d) had been thought to have the number plate of the said cargo Ⅲ.

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall remove a registration number plate and seal attached to a motor vehicle, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in Acts;

However, on July 2014, the Defendant, at the front of the above farm, removed the registration number plate without any authority, after front and rear the above Poter cargo vehicle and the enclosed cargo vehicle in front of the above farm.

As a result, the defendant removed a registration number plate attached to a motor vehicle without obtaining permission from the competent authorities without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant illegally used air defense at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and installed D registration number plates of the above cargo cather in front and rear of the above cather and the cargo cather in front and rear.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car registration number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant exercised the air defense that was unlawfully used by running the above wing-III truck with D registration number plates attached at Jeonju-si from the day of entry in paragraph (1) to June 22, 2015, by running the above wing-III truck with D registration number plates attached between the day of entry in paragraph (1).
