Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a crime of unlawful use of official marks at the Suwon District Court on May 12, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 20, 2016 and is currently under a suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. No person in violation of the Automobile Management Act (Defendant A) shall be detached, except where he/she obtains permission from the Mayor/Do governor for the registration number plate and seal of a motor vehicle or where otherwise provided for in other Acts;

Nevertheless, on September 30, 2016, the Defendant removed the front and rear registration number plates and seals of the Hstststuna car without permission from the Mayor/Do governor at the “Frena” parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-si E around P.M. on September 30, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant removed a car registration number plate and a seal without permission.

2. Defendant A requested Defendant B to help Defendant B attach the H registration number plate, which was removed as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, to G, and Defendant B accepted it.

The Defendants attached the registration number plate in front of the H rocketing passenger vehicle at the time and place set out in paragraph 1 above to the front of the G vehicle, and attached the registration number plate to the front of the H rocketing passenger vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendants used the official symbol in collusion for the purpose of exercising it.

3. Around 18:00 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) shown in the Fenek’s foregoing “Frenk”; (b) shown in paragraph (2) above, that the G rocketing car with a H registration number plate attached to the H, as indicated in paragraph (2) of the said paragraph, was sirened to string off the G rocketing car; and (c) caused the Dong to operate it to the Bronk road below the Fenek-si’s sex exchange.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate which was illegally used.
