A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1742" is the owner of Bwing and Class III raw stuffed tea.

Defendant removed the front registration number plate of the said vehicle from the police due to his failure to pay the tax on the said vehicle, and forged and attached the registration number plate of the said vehicle, and sentenced to driving of the said vehicle.

1. Crimes committed on July 2015;

A. On July 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, 09:00, around the first half of the year 2015, the Defendant called “B” as a type of genetic emulative maty, and attached the front registration number plate of the said vehicle in the tape with the size of the registration number plate of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of the automobile which is air hosing.

B. From the beginning of July 2015 to the beginning of July 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Motor Vehicle Management Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance with a forged motor vehicle registration number plate attached, as set forth in the foregoing A, at Sejong Special Self-Governing City, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and Cheongju-si from July 18, 2015 to July 18, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate of vehicles, which are forged air units, and operated a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

2. Crimes committed on July 18, 2015;

A. On July 18, 2015, the Defendant, as stated in the foregoing 1.1., committed a crackdown around 08:58 on July 18, 2015, when he was operating a forged motor vehicle and attaching a forged motor vehicle registration number plate, and the police officer was able to remove a motor vehicle registration number plate and attach a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

On July 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at a Buddhist parking lot located in the Bungdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, the Defendant: (b) written the paper “B” with black color scalculing; and (c) attached the paper to the front registration number plate in the size of the vehicle registration number plate; and (d) attached the front registration number plate.

In this respect, the defendant is air defense.
