A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall detached the vehicle registration number plate, except as otherwise permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor or provided for in other Acts;

Nevertheless, in the notice of the defendant's house located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu around November 2016, the defendant identified the defendant's house and removed the front and rear number plate of the D bargaining car owned by C.

2. No one shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act and public marks and illegal use thereof;

On November 2016, the Defendant attached the DNA mining car, which was removed as above, to F, the number plate in front and rear, in which the number plate is kept in custody due to tax delinquency, in the front and rear of the coo car in arrears.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car registration number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On December 3, 201, at around 01:01, the Defendant driven a coo motor vehicle from the notification of the vehicle from North Korea's port located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu to the end of about 3 km from approximately 0.118% alcohol concentration in blood to the end of 602, as in the same Gu’s Jung-gu.

4. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a cub car to F which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 3.
