Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on April 27, 2012 by the Incheon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (recovering to measure the noise level).
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On May 25, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.50,000 won from D (tentative name) in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.35 g of Mespon (one philopon) psychotropic drugs.
B. At around 15:40 on May 28, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000 to D in the above C Park and approximately 0.7 g of Mesamins.
C. On September 28, 2012, around 21:35, the Defendant purchased approximately 200,000 won to F in the vicinity of the Incheon E market, and approximately 0.2g of the Mesatopian.
At around 21:00 on May 25, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the Mespheroids purchased as above in the above C Park, in a single-use injection instrument, and administered them by dilution after dilution, and until September 28, 2012, the Defendant administered them over a total of eight times, as described in the attached crime list (1).
2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;
A. At around 12:00 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 5g of the hemp 10 smoking portion from sexually in the vicinity of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G taxi riding place.
B. Around October 03, 2012, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant as above nine times in total, as indicated in the list of offenses (2) in the attached Table, from around October 2012 to around October 11, 2012, in the residence of the third floor J of the building of Jung-gu, Incheon, where one cigarette is fluored, and where one cigarette is 0.5g, among the hemp plants that were given and received in that as above, after making the marijuana tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of one smoking, among the hemp plants that were given and received in that manner.
