Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On October 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in the Incheon District Court for violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on May 11, 2009.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 400,000 from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Hospital to D, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, for approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs, Mespopic Mespopic Mespopic (hereinafter “Mespopic Mespopic”).

B. Around February 23, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of the Mescopic copic cops purchased at the above C Hospital in a single-use injection machine, dilution, and medication by means of injection after dilution, as described in the attached Table of Crimes from around February 28, 2012 to around February 28, 2012, the Defendant administered the Mescopic copic cops in a total of six times as above.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 2 g of the hemp plant from E in front of the said C Hospital and received it, and then smoked in a way of smoking after making a tobacco for the hemp plant, which included approximately 0.5 g of the hemp plant among the hemp plants received as above, among the hemp plants received as above, in a manner of smoking with a fire attached thereto.

B. At around 19:00 on February 20, 2012, the Defendant issued approximately 0.5 g of the hemp plant that received to D for smoking once among the hemp plants that received as above, within D’s automobiles parked in front of the above C Hospital.

C. On March 11, 2012, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 0.5g of the hemps received from D, among the hemps received from D, in the Defendant’s dwelling of the Defendant of the Incheon Cheongjin-gun, as above; (b) issued a single smoking part; and (c) made a single smoking part, with approximately 0.5g of the hemps received from D, and smoked in a way of smoking, after making the hemp tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of the smoking portion per time among the hemps received therefrom.
