A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.5g of smoking for the hemp plant from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu CPC, Incheon, and from D, who was aware of the usual flance, for about 0.5g of smoking for the hemp plant.

2. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made the hemp tobacco, which was received in the early May 2, 2012, containing approximately 0.5 g of smoking for the hemp plant that was received in the early May 2, 201, and smoked in a way of smoking with a fluence, from the F of the Defendant’s operation in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon.

3. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 g of smoking once from D, and purchased approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, at the PC near Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and purchased KRW 100,000,00 from D.

4. At around 22:00 on April 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) manufactured marijuana tobacco in which one cigarette is fluored; and (b) manufactured, within that context, about 0.5g of smoking for the hemp plant purchased; and (c) smoked by attaching it.

5. At around 22:00 on April 28, 2012, the Defendant, as above, injected approximately 0.05g of Mesphere, purchased in Mesphere F by inserting it into beer and dilution, and then administering it by Mesphere.
