A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:00 on February 18, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.5 million won to E in front of the exit exit of the line No. 1 located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and purchased approximately 10 g of Mesphere, a psychotropic drug, from the Mesphere, in the D non-motor vehicle parked in front of the exit exit of the line No. 1 located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.

2. Mescopic administration;

A. At around 21:00 on February 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of the Mespheroids purchased at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fel, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of dilution after dilution, in a single-use injection machine.

B. On February 19, 2012, the Defendant, at the above “F” conference around the A.M., administered approximately 0.1g of the Mesphere, purchased as above, in a single-use injection instrument, and in a dilution method, in which the Defendant injecteds after dilution, after putting in a single-use injection instrument.

C. On February 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around February 19, 2012, around 0.1g of the Mespheroids purchased at the above Mespher, put about approximately 0.1g of the Mespheroids into a single-use injection instrument; (b) dilution them into a single-use injection instrument; and (c) d) administered them by means of injection.

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of the Mespacters purchased in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by dilution after dilution, among the Mespacters purchased as above.

E. Around February 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of the Mespacters purchased in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of dilution after dilution, in a single-use injection machine.

F. Around February 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of the Mespacters purchased in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of dilution after dilution, in a single-use injection machine.
