Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a wing-off cargo vehicle B.

On October 21, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.203% at the 20km from the road in front of the Suyang-gun of Gangseoyang-gu, 00:34 on the same day to the road in front of the 33rd Ship History Museum, Masan-ro.
