If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the business of driving X-ray cargo vehicles.

On April 20, 2013, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.053% from the 1km section to the entrance road of the bathing beach located in the Austria, in the same 20:55 on the same day, from the day before the supermarket, which is located in the Ganyangyang-gun fishery.
