Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the duty of driving two cargo vehicles.

1. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven the above cargo vehicle at a speed of about 20 km from the mar apartment to the intersection of the GS25 convenience point in the GuS25 convenience point at the early intersection of the early intersection.
