Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in the business of driving B-II cargo vehicles.

On November 07, 2012, at around 02:15, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 900 meters alcohol concentration of 0.175% from the 900-meter section to the front road of the Vudididi household located in the same city-dong on the same day.
