【Criminal Power】 On July 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months at the Seoul Western District Court on July 20, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Net Prison on October 12, 2019.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. From December 24, 2019 to December 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found one copy of the Victim D’s “E Bank” card (F) before “C” located in Seoul; and (b) embezzled it for the purpose of having it, without returning it to the victim or undergoing necessary procedures.
B. On December 24, 2019 through around 29, the Defendant found one copy of the Victim H ownership I card and one copy of the Victim K K-owned L (M) on the underground floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building and embezzled for the purpose of holding it for himself/herself without returning it to the victim or undergoing necessary procedures.
C. On December 30, 2019, around 02:00, the Defendant found one copy of the E-bank C’s physical card (O) owned by the Victim N, and embezzled for the purpose of having it, without returning it to the victim or undergoing necessary procedures.
2. On December 30, 2019, around 02:19, the Defendant presented to the employee a credit card, such as the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu P1st floor Q, with the credit card acquired as described in paragraph (3), as he/she had presented to the employee as he/she, and acquired the food equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the market price from the employee.
3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, such as settling 20,000 won with the credit card acquired as described in paragraph (2), at the time and place described in paragraph (2), and as described in paragraph (1).

1. Around 03:00 on January 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obtained the lost S Card (T) from the front side of “C” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) did so.
