Punishment of the crime

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. "2013 Highest 6492".

A. On November 15, 2011, the Defendant committed the crime committed on November 15, 201, from around 07:26 to 23:15 the same day, the Defendant was committed as if he would pay the amount to L who is an employee, if he had his employee use a computer in the Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, and from around 07:26 to 23:15 the same day.

However, even if the defendant uses the PC as a person without a certain income, he did not have the ability to pay the price and did not have such intention.

Nevertheless, the defendant was provided by his employees with a computer and did not pay the amount.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving his employee, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 18,000 won in the PC room.

B. If the Defendant committed the crime on November 17, 2013, from the OPC bank operated by the Daegu-gu M Victim N around November 17, 2013 to allow an employee P to use a computer, the amount shall be paid.
