Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 24, 2013.

1. On June 28, 2013, from around 03:38 to around 10:36, 2013, the Defendant had the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the amount to the victim even if he did not have any money in fact in the “EPC bank” operated by the victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and used the computer, even if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the amount, and used the computer No. 68 on the part of the victim, and used the computer No. 68 on the part of the victim, 2, call, two orders, and 2 orders, from which 36,200 won was issued by the victim, and acquired economic benefits.
