Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and was released on September 30, 2013 during the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House on September 21, 2013, and the parole period expired on October 21, 2013.

1. On October 29, 2013, around 12:49, the Defendant sent the same attitude to pay the amount to the victim in the EPC bank run by the victim D in Ansan-si Group C, Ansan-si, and used the Internet with allocation of the place.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay user fees, such as there is no certain income.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and using the Internet from 12:49 to 21:38 of the same day, did not pay the fare of KRW 10,400, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.

2. On November 6, 2013, around 03:14, the Defendant sent the same attitude to pay the amount to the victim from the “H” PC room operated by the victim G in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. The Defendant ordered food beverages using the Internet by allocating the place.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay Internet service charges and the cost of food beverages, such as there is no revenue.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, failed to pay 20,600 won for the use of a computer from 03:14 to 14:00 on the same day while he was provided with food beverages, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On October 21, 2013, from around 15:40 to around 22:12 of the same day, the Defendant used a computer, following the Defendant’s operation of the Victim JJ in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si.

However, the Defendant did not have cash or credit cards, and even if using a computer as above, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the fee.
