From May 9, 2015 to May 10, 2015, the Defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay KRW 16,300, even if he/she used the said PC computer and did not pay KRW 16,300, even though he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the price in the “H” operated by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu, from around 07:50 to around 07:00 on May 10, 2015.

2. From June 7, 2015 to June 04: (a) around 18:09 to June 7, 2015, the Defendant acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay 8,400 won even if he/she used the said PC computer and did not pay 8,400 won.

3. From June 25, 2015 to June 25, 2015, the Defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay KRW 8,700, even if he/she used the said PC computer, as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price in N’s “N” operated by the victim M of the damage in Daegu L from around 21:50 to June 26, 2015.
