Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells his/her vehicle to his/her father.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 17:05 on March 16, 2017, sold the above B vehicle in Seocho-gu C and on the street in order to make it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by attaching the banner on the back of the vehicle.
