Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

1. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 3, the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yangpo-dong, Yangpo-dong 3, on a non-time basis, left her husband B B in order to avoid parking control in the vicinity of the Cststro, and made it difficult for the Defendant to intentionally identify the registration number plate by leaving her husband B, Nata-dong 3, his husband’s seat, and then, her registration number plate.

2. On November 1, 2017, in order to avoid parking control at the same place as Paragraph 1. of the No. 1, the Defendant: (a) intentionally put the “D registration number plate” into the door of the Stick; and (b) intentionally making it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate.
