Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the vehicle in the Cwing III plus in which the defendant delivers the miscellaneousization of Chewing, drinking water, etc. to the owner of the vehicle in the Cwing III plus.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 16:00 on July 11, 2017, the Defendant, on the roads of Hancheon-ro 150-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and Seobuk-gu, Seoul, made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate due to contact with the above vehicle, and operated it.
