When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on April 4, 2018, around 09:04, the Defendant: (a) placed in Ulsan-gu C Bank Drib, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and (b) made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the number plate on the D high-priced lap vehicle to avoid parking control.
