If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who drives a B-Sa car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible, and no one shall operate such motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On January 23, 2017, around 17:05, in the front and rear end of Busan, the number plate is difficult to identify with a paper attached to the front and rear end of the said car in order to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking;

2. On January 25, 2017, around 16:27, around 16:27, at the places indicated in paragraph 1, the registration number plate was made difficult to identify in the above way to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking.
