Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in agriculture, and is a person who resides in the vicinity of the (ju) cattle shed in swineB.

1. On August 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 square meters wide and 50 centimeters wide and wider than that owned by the Defendant C, the Defendant: (b) placed one quantity of dump truck with soil for the purpose of interfering with the work of the victim D (the age of 49)-B head; (c) hump truck with soil for the purpose of interfering with the work of the said dump truck and construction of new swine stable; and (d) obstructed traffic by placing the above fump vehicle owned by the Defendant on the front of the soil, which is a place public for the traffic of the general public, and at the same time interfered with the sump farming work of B and the victim F (the age of 59).

On August 12, 2018, at the same place as at around 10:00 on August 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) knew that the victim D was able to carry the soil specified in paragraph (1) with heavy equipment, and immediately installed a fence on the E-witter where the Defendant was set up in advance, and obstructed traffic by making the above-mentioned land, which is a place public for the traffic of the general public, and obstructed the traffic, and at the same time interfered with the e-mail of the victim F (59 years of age).
