[Defendant A]

1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 in the middle of, and around 23:30 in the middle of, the Defendant smoked by inserting one tobacco smoke at the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, 102 Dong 905; and (b) inserting about 1g of marijuana on the spot and attaching a fire to the smoke.

(2) On January 201, 2014, around 23:30, the Defendant smoked approximately 1g of marijuana in the same manner at the home of the above Defendant.

(3) On September 6, 2014, around 13:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the above Defendant’s home in the same manner.

(4) On September 7, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the above Defendant’s home in the same manner.

(5) At around 15:00 on September 8, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the same way as the Defendant’s house.

(6) At around September 22, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of hemp in the same way at the home of the above Defendant’s office in the same manner.

B. Around July 17, 2014, the Defendant importing marijuana: (a) reported and contacted an advertisement of marijuana trade in the name unclaimed boxes (G), posted on the Internet Blosts, etc. using smartphones (hereinafter “G”); and (b) ordered approximately 4.52g of marijuana, and paid KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000 in bitco (online virtual currency).

Around that time, the above-mentioned person sealed approximately 4.52 g of hemp as a vinyl paper and sealed it as a paper paper, sent it to the defendant as an international special class mail, and sent it to the Incheon State Port on July 28, 2014, by 7938.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 4.52g of hemp.

C. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant, via B, decided to purchase marijuana from his name-free boxes (H) via B, and around 19:00 on August 25, 2014, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, visited B’s Internet site and paid KRW 4.50,000 to B as bitcos, and then, purchased approximately 3g of marijuana from the instant bus terminal using high speed bus freight.
